sorry this took me so long to answer! okay i think i get what you’re saying. In terms of like when I see other peoples normal everyday pictures I don’t even think I look twice at them (photography wise) but in terms of like fashion photography pictures of other people I constantly am like woah wouldn’t have tried that or would have done that differently so they got more of a this angle or soemthing. on insty I tend to get really frustrated when stunning people upload horrible lighting photographs or ones that aren’t too flattering, but that’s just like my photographer instinct. oh and i definitely think about how i would photograph different people e.g. ngaire and maral i took photos of them together and asked them to do the exact same thing and they both did it in such different ways and then i was like woah i change my style a lot when i photograph them separately and so now i think about how i photograph people before i actually do it, so i go in with a different mind set? if that makes sense?

okay so I like all my photos so that doesn’t really help your question but sometimes people don’t like the phtos i take of them which is a major pain in the ass because I spend like ages editing them and making them really nice and portfolio worthy (editing literally takes like an hour per photo) yes so this one girl i did I REALLY LIKED THEM THEY WERE NICE PICTURES I EVEN PUT ONE IN MY PORTFOLIO LIKE THE PICTURES WERE GOOD and yeah she hated them, didn’t like them bagged them and what not. but I may have given her all the photos (i do this with maral and its really nice like we can go through the pictures and she can pick her faves and it saves me time because like i ceebs going through 800 pictures and ill miss a few nice ones but when theyre of yourself youd like want to go through them all) so i gave them to her because she was really nice and keen but ever since she hated the photos i like cant use them any where, even though i think the photos are blog worthy. but she still posts them? and i think its kind of hypercritical to post other peoples work for your own benefit but like I cant post them? and like i dont get any credit and i literally took photos for like 5 hours with her and spent WEL OVER 6 hours on them and it just. sigh.
all my models that ive published though are like the nicest people in the word (espescially ones that like say “post whatever I do not mind you’ll make me look great and if they don’t look gret to me youre the photographer and you picked them for a reason”) (Katy McLean said that and shes like the best model ive had and SO ACCOMMODATING I WANTED TO MENTION HOW NICE SHE IS SO THE WORLD KNOWS!)

The Great Gatsby is an amazing book lets just state that. But like with any good book there are themes and messages that aren’t so obvious on the surface. Like i hated this book Fitzgerald described two people standing up as “balloons floating to the floor” i was like YOU’RE SO PRETENTIOUS JUST SAY THEY STOOD UP. but yeah I read it twice and omg it is my life like no word is there by accident everything is there because it should be and Fitzgerald oh Fitzgerald has so accurately described a society that lives only by apperances and hollow empty lives. And Gatsby oh Gatsby he’s lonely and heartbroken (and a little bit delusional ) and all he wants is Daisy BUT SHES TOO BUSY WITH HER HEAD STUCK UP HER ASS TO NOTICE HIM AKSDNAKFNKAF and he spends five years become rich so rich he could literally bathe in money but instead he throws parties and lives in a mansion full of no one and stares at a green light in hopes of Daisy coming over and loving him AND YOU KNOW WHAT SHE DOES SHE THROWS HIM UNDER A BUS AND RUNS OVER HIS HEART AND LIFE AND MONEY AND EVERYTHING AND SHES A BITCH AND THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN REAL LIFE ANDAKASFNKASDNFAKDN she is so Fitgeralds wife ugh
oh and the use of color is also pretty deece
